Your Skin Doesn’t Like Sugar
I DO have a sweet tooth, and I can’t deny it
If you have a sweet tooth, raise your hands!
To me, this is the hardest topic ever - I DO have a sweet tooth, and I can’t deny it. But I know that eating too much sugar literally affects not only my brain cells, but also my aging process!!
There is no point in spending a lot of money on expensive skin creams if you are eating a high-sugar diet. Yes, you can protect and moisturize your skin from the outside with creams, but you need to feed and stimulate the growth of good, strong skin cells from inside too - and sugar will sabotage that. So, ideally, we should eat no processed sugars at all.
Sugar should come from a whole food diet such as grains, fruit and natural food.
Here are some tips on how to flush sugar out of our system:
Eat more protein
Increase your dietary fiber
Drink more water
Avoid artificial sweeteners
Manage your stress
Exercise
Drink some green juices
Get enough sleep
