Your Skin Doesn’t Like Sugar

I DO have a sweet tooth, and I can’t deny it

If you have a sweet tooth, raise your hands!

To me, this is the hardest topic ever - I DO have a sweet tooth, and I can’t deny it. But I know that eating too much sugar literally affects not only my brain cells, but also my aging process!!⁣⁣

There is no point in spending a lot of money on expensive skin creams if you are eating a high-sugar diet.⁣⁣ Yes, you can protect and moisturize your skin from the outside with creams, but you need to feed and stimulate the growth of good, strong skin cells from inside too - and sugar will sabotage that.⁣⁣ So, ideally, we should eat no processed sugars at all.⁣⁣

Sugar should come from a whole food diet such as grains, fruit and natural food.⁣⁣

Here are some tips on how to flush sugar out of our system:

  • Eat more protein⁣⁣

  • Increase your dietary fiber⁣⁣

  • Drink more water⁣⁣

  • Avoid artificial sweeteners⁣⁣

  • Manage your stress⁣⁣

  • Exercise⁣⁣

  • Drink some green juices ⁣⁣

  • Get enough sleep

Let’s try to be healthier together?
